The annual Opportunity Village Wellness Fair will be held on Friday, August 23rd, from 12-2pm.

Same location as last year:
Opportunity Village 6050 S. Buffalo Drive Las Vegas, NV 89113.

Please let me know if you will be attending and if you are able to bring a massage table. We had a great turn out last year and they are anticipating another large turnout!

Opportunity Wellness Fair is tomorrow. Excited! Please arrive by 11:45am. I’ll have name tags for us at the check-in table. For those of you that haven’t participated in the past, the reiki sessions will be conducted like a reiki share, approx. 8-10 minutes per recipient. You can go longer depending on how many employees are waiting in line. The address is 6050 S Buffalo, Las Vegas 89113. See confirmation letter from OV and a parking map.

Opportunity Village Wellness Fair is taking place on 8/24 this year. We will be doing reiki again for the employees for the third year! All reiki practitioners are welcome to join us. See you all tomorrow! If you're bringing a table, the setup starts at 10:30-11am. Everyone else try to arrive by 11:45am the very latest. They will have water for us. Here are some instructions I just received:

LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS

"Arrive to Opportunity Village Engelstad Campus between 10:30am and 11:00am
6050 S. Buffalo Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89113

Follow Signs to “WELLNESS FAIR LOADING ZONE”

Check-in with OV staff/volunteers for your table assignment in the Kitty Rodman Lobby
Please note, during load-in there will be a presentation taking place in adjoining gym – be sure to enter through the designated entrance to the lobby area and please make efforts to maintain a courteous noise level."

I'll be there by 10:45am the latest, so just look for me. Last year we were in the center of the room because we need space for the reiki tables. We will have four tables this year.
