Recent and past wind storms damaged a clients attic vents. We replaced the vents sealed the areas around the smaller vents with a rubberized sealer, and stopped all leaks into the attic. Next we will be remediating black mold caused by these leaks. We wrapped up the roof today.

A recent prelist cleaning! A ton of junk left behind, 5 cats that urinated everywhere, hair, dirt, grease…our toughest ever. 6000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, all brutal. Carpets were cleaned and we got the cat odor out! We have a process. Bagged and loaded all trash and debris into a dumpster.
