Autism Acceptance Month - Employee Spotlight 🌈♾️💛

We’re kicking off Autism Acceptance Month with Amanda! She shares that her son, Jackson, was diagnosed with autism at just 2½ years old. This month is a meaningful reminder of the journey she and her son walk every day.

As a parent of a child with autism, she has gained a unique perspective on communication, success, and connection and it shines through in the joy and pride she has for her son.
