Gratitude has a strong positive impact on your psychological well being as a whole. It increases self esteem, enhances positive emotions and makes us more optimistic! When we feel happiness our bodies are producing all sorts of wonderful chemicals! Experiencing Gratitude activates neurotransmitters like dopamine, which we associate with pleasure and serotonin, which regulates our mood. It also causes the brain to release oxytocin, a hormone which induces feelings like trust and generosity, which promotes social bonding, and feeling connected. Just like a muscle, when you exercise your Gratitude more often, you’re more likely to see beneficial effects. The best way to create Gratitude to have it is not to wait for special moments but to appreciate every thing right now! What are you grateful for today?! ♥️

🌞Hi everyone!! Guess what!
I’ll be playing my bowls and joining 2 other women who want to help others heal, and raise the vibration of their life, this Saturday morning for a healing event. There are 2 open spots.
