WE RULE This is accomplished through artistic expression including poetry, musical lyrics, selected reading lists, and role plays.

We teach young women who had experiences in sexual violence and broken relationships how to Respect, Unify Love and Empower (RULE) themselves and each other through the use of artistic expression. We R.U.L.E., a 501(c)3, is a mental health curriculum dedicated to teaching 7th through 12th grade young women who had experiences in sexual abuse, rape and broken relationships in the Detroit Metropolit

an area how to Respect, Unify, Love and Empower (RULE) themselves. The goal is to nurture mental and emotional health through shared connections, skill building activities and produce a community of sisterhood.

Restoration does not demand urgency or perfection; it unfolds through measured, intentional moments of care. Even the smallest act of pause or reflection contributes to meaningful progress, often in ways unseen by others.

At We R.U.L.E, we remind young women that growth is a gradual process, built through patience, self attunement, and quiet perseverance.

Honor your pace and continue forward at www.we-rule.org.

Earlier versions of ourselves navigated life with limited knowledge yet unwavering effort. Extending grace to that past self is an essential step toward inner reconciliation and growth.

At We R.U.L.E, we encourage young women to release self criticism, embrace compassion, and cultivate a more understanding relationship with their own journey.

Be part of the movement. Join us on April 29 for Dining for a Cause and contribute to advancing healing and awareness within our community. Discover more at www.we-rule.org.

Questioning a survivor’s decisions distorts the reality of coercion, fear, and constrained choices. Departure, disclosure, and reporting are shaped by safety, timing, and circumstance. Healing is not defined by external expectations.

At We R.U.L.E, we confront harmful assumptions, elevate informed dialogue, and advocate for responses grounded in respect, compassion, and accountability.

Stand in solidarity this April. Join us for Dining for a Cause on April 29, 2026, at BLVD in Southfield, MI, and support awareness and healing. Learn more at www.we-rule.org.

What was once dismissed as overreaction was, in truth, refined awareness signaling the need for protection and change. When that inner guidance is acknowledged, it becomes the catalyst for profound restoration and transformation.

At We R.U.L.E, we encourage young women to trust their internal cues, honor their experiences, and channel self awareness into empowered growth and renewal.

Voicing one’s experience is not weakness. It is a profound act of defiance and illumination. Truth spoken with courage has the power to ignite hope, inspire others, and dismantle silence.

At We R.U.L.E, we uplift young women to embrace their narratives, harness their inner fire, and lead with authenticity and strength.

Past versions of yourself responded to uncertainty with the only tools available at the time. Those choices were rooted in preservation, not deficiency. Self reproach obscures truth; compassion restores perspective and allows genuine renewal to begin.

At We R.U.L.E, we encourage a shift from self criticism to self regard, fostering patience, emotional understanding, and the courage to move forward with grace. Every step toward healing affirms your inherent worth and capacity for restoration.

Offer yourself the care you once needed and continue your journey toward wholeness at www.we-rule.org.
