This journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been so worth it!⠀
⠀
These pictures are one year apart.⠀
⠀
June 2019, I was two months postpartum with my fourth baby. It was day one of my fitness/wellness journey. I had severe anxiety, and postpartum depression. I was stressed, exhausted, fatigued, with very low energy. I struggled with negative self-talk, and self-image. I had rollercoaster hormones, and sadness. Life was rough, and I didn’t feel like myself AT ALL!⠀
⠀
⠀
June 2020, I’m one year postpartum. I’m happier, healthier, and more optimistic. I have energy, and confidence again! I’m less anxious, and not at all depressed. I just simply FEEL better on the inside.⠀
⠀
A balanced healthy lifestyle is ESSENTIAL for my well-being. ⠀
⠀
I hit rock bottom, and was determined to turn my life around, and so I did.⠀
⠀
I found freedom in....⠀
⠀
💥 30 min workouts at home.⠀
⠀
🥬 Nutritional foods, and balance.⠀
⠀
🧠 Daily superfoods that nourish my body.⠀
⠀
I wasn’t always motivated, but I was committed, consistent, and patient.⠀
⠀
