MAKE WINNING A HABIT. DAILY. WEEKLY. MONTHLY. 365.

Winning isn’t something you do once in a while; it’s something you do all the time.

You don’t ā€œluckā€ into a shredded physique or a body that can handle 12-hour shifts without breaking. You don’t ā€œluckā€ into the clarity and energy required to manage the challenges life throws at you.

You build them.

You build them through the compounding interest of daily wins. You win by hitting your macros when you’re tired. You win by choosing the meal prep over the drive-thru. You win by finishing that last set when your mind is telling you to quit.

Fitness is the foundation. Nutrition is the fuel. Discipline is the architect. If you can’t master your own body, you can’t master your business. Win the morning, win the week, and eventually, you win the year.

Time to stack a win.

Happy New Year everyone. New Year, New Goals! As you embark on the new year, remember, your future has not been written.

Rather, you can begin to control how your future unfolds in 2026 by setting new goals, prioritizing your health, and chasing your greatness.

Remember, everyday is another opportunity to improve yourself even if it is only 1%. These small steps eventually become huge wins.

Be willing to try new things. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable because that is where the real progress is made. Start after it, get after it, stay after it, and keep grinding.

ā€œWait... Chick-fil-A sells BURGERS?!ā€ Yes, at the only Chick-fil-A ā€˜Innovation Kitchen’ in the world šŸŒŽā€

Every weekend I try to find something different or new to introduce to my kids. So, did you know there’s a secret Chick-fil-A in College Park, Maryland that serves burgers, pizza, and wings? šŸ”šŸ• Neither did I until recently. We checked out Little Blue Menu and it did NOT disappoint. The burgers were juicy, the sweet potato tots were more interesting than just the normal waffle fries, and the vibes were immaculate. šŸ’Æ Go check it out! šŸƒā€ā™‚ļøšŸ’Ø

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for wishing me a happy birthday back on December 3rd for my 50th birthday as well as all the belated wishes I have still been receiving since the 3rd, lol.

This is the first year in my life that I have not only celebrated my actual birthday day back on the 3rd, but also my birthday week, and now the entire month too!! I have enjoyed it so much, hence my tardiness for thanking you all.

I have a lot to be grateful for in this past year. Especially and most importantly, having the honor and privilege to be blessed with good friends who are good hearted, high vibing, and positive aura. My entire life I have always strived to be a good friend to many and put out only good vibes into the Universe. I will say that in 2025, I felt like the Universe said, ā€œHey Brad, thank you and here is some of those good vibes back to youā€.

Business trip to Reno, NV. The food was great. Enjoyed the stay and lessons learned. From the laid back Delta flights, experiencing the delicious food and coffee, surrounding myself with successful and positive people, and walking almost everywhere, made for an overall fantastic experience.
