Winning isnāt something you do once in a while; itās something you do all the time.
You donāt āluckā into a shredded physique or a body that can handle 12-hour shifts without breaking. You donāt āluckā into the clarity and energy required to manage the challenges life throws at you.
You build them.
You build them through the compounding interest of daily wins. You win by hitting your macros when youāre tired. You win by choosing the meal prep over the drive-thru. You win by finishing that last set when your mind is telling you to quit.
