Today is World Mental Health Day 🌍

Let’s take a moment to pause, breathe, and remember that mental health is just as important as physical health.

This year’s focus reminds us that access to mental health support should be a right, not a privilege, and that every conversation, every bit of understanding, and every act of compassion helps break the stigma.

Together, we can build a Maryland where mental wellness is prioritized, protected, and supported for all.

As Yom Kippur begins, we wish all who observe a meaningful fast, reflection, and renewal. G’mar Chatimah Tovah.
