Matthew Martin, MD, South Central’s newest radiologist, is passionate about the role imaging plays in patient care.

“Radiology to me is any and all imaging that deals with patients, whether it’s plain X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, as well as a few interventional procedures — line placement, biopsies, getting samples of things doctors are worried may be cancer or something else,” Dr. Martin said. “Radiology is a culmination of things to image, diagnose and sometimes even treat.”
