Two weekends ago spent some time up in Nothern Ohio at a Seeking Whole Health Conference. Was able to gain knowledge, updates and evidence based practice goals from likeminded physicians and naturopaths. Learned from amazing people like Dr Ben Edwards (You’re the Cure- podcast), Alex Clark (Culture Apothecary- podcast), Matthew Gay (Fit Church), Sally Fallon (Weston A Price Foundation). I learned so many new things and cannot wait to implement them into my own life, but more over into yours.
