Squats don’t have to be scary—even if you’ve got knee pain. The partial squat with support is a safe way to build functional strength while protecting your joints.
🪑 By using a chair, countertop, or desk for balance, you can practice sitting and standing with control. This exercise directly translates into real life: getting out of your car, standing from your desk, or picking something up from the ground.
💡 Focus on quality over depth. Even small ranges of motion train your body to move with less pain and more strength.
🔥 Pro Tip: Warm your muscles with heat beforehand, then ice afterward to calm any soreness.
Every rep builds your ability to move with independence. Don’t underestimate these small victories—they’re the foundation for bigger goals.

Balance is often overlooked—but it’s one of the most important skills for knee health.
⚖️ The tandem stance (standing with one foot in front of the other) retrains your body to stabilize and react to changes in position. With or without hand support, it challenges your muscles in ways that go beyond “just strength.”

🔥 Remember, add heat before and ice after to keep your knees happy during training.

Mobile Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation service. The therapist will come to your home, work, gym or training facility and will provide one on one service. Services include restorative care (for individuals dealing with pain and difficulty doing there normal day to day activities, work or participate in recreational or sports activities), functional training (for individuals training to prevent injury or improve strength and/or flexibility to perform a certain activity) or maintenance care (for individuals that are not limited with their normal or recreational activities but are still dealing with “nagging” pain or tightness). During the first visit, a therapist will complete an evaluation and assessment to determine the best course of treatment for each client. Treatments such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling (with or without electric stimulation), therapeutic cupping and ASTYM could be used to help each client reach their desire goals.
The cost of each session is $150. Once the initial evaluation is completed and it is determined that restorative care is necessary, the following four appointments will be scheduled at an upfront cost of $600. If additional appointments become necessary, clients will have the opportunity to “Pay As You Go”. If a client is not in need of restorative care, and is looking to receive Functional or Maintenance Training, there are two options. A client may use the “Pay As You Go” option or a “Session Package” .
Functional And Maintenance Package:
6 session = $810 (10% discount)
10 session = $1275 (15% discount)
14 session = $1680 (20% discount)
