Hi community, this is Ben Thompson. My friend and I are gathering interest in starting a coliving + coworking house in Costa Rica or Nicaragua this winter. My personal interests in surfing and tropical fruit have me very excited about this possibility. 😁

Who's interested? We're looking for a handful of potential roommates. We made a super quick form (posted in the comments) so we can learn your workspace requirements, other preferences, and needs. Strong preference to those who can commit to multiple months. There may be some sublet options too.

Community, I am excited to share with you a project that some friends and I have been working on over the past few months. After looking at 3-day retreat offerings in Northern California, we felt that most were priced too high for our tribe. So, we made our own retreat called Awaken. Our beautiful temple is a 30' diameter yurt, nestled in the redwoods. The ancient forest invites you to meditate and relax with the morning songbirds and at night listen to the lullaby of the owls.

Singing Alive is a place where everyone is empowered to create music. There is no separation between performer and audience. The group performance is achieved through chant and song. The primary instrument is the voice. At Singing Alive, songs are currency. The individuals who carry and teach the most songs have incredible respect from the community. When I want to learn a song from someone, I offer to share with them a song that I carry. Song knowledge is the most valued commodity.

I had been going to transformational music festivals in Northern California for a number of years. The loud bass and substance-heavy culture caused me to slowly distance myself from the bigger festival scene. About one year ago, a friend described their experience at a special gathering with no bass

Family I am reaching out to you about something much bigger than just one of us.

I'm a firm believer as one or a little flame is many we're burning Supernova.

One of the largest global humanitarian organizations on the planet is hosting a transformational event that I want invite each and every one of you too.

America Meditates will be a 20,000 capacity event in Denver Park July 24th.

Maharishi says 1% of the population can transform the planet.

When we talk about frequency, vibration and HUEman potential we do have the power to change things!

This event will be the largest meditation in US history.
A ceremonial, transformational music celebration with a guided meditation from and empowering speakers
earthkeepers and Indigenous wisdom teachers
This will also be the largest Rave in US history with Sonic amBASSadors aka Amani of , , and SRI Kala & more....

I will be leaving for on Saturday.I am taking the sacred waters from the Appalachia and a greatful heart and will be stoping to dance and do ceremony along the way.

I am making the drive so I can invite more people face to face.

For many of us these are our grandmother's tears and our grandfather's prayers and when we say for the next seven generations we're just not seeing things in the here-and-now anymore.

We are dealing with some unpresidented environmental and political issues in our lifetime. I feel like we can still change things no matter what the statistics are.
