This week is my last live class before I go back to my PE job.
Wed July 27 9am Sally Brooke (will be out door under the tents)
I will record a zoom class each week and it will be available to you if you request it.
Planning some events over my breaks throughout the school year including some Candlelight yoga and Restorative yoga in the Winter months.
