Founded in 1972, The Eye Clinic of Texas is a leading comprehensive eye care facility providing general, medical, surgical and laser eye care as well as eyewear and optical services to the greater Houston/Galveston area. In addition, The Eye Clinic of Texas cataract surgeon, Bernard Milstein, M.D., is well respected for his modern cataract surgery techniques using advanced technology intraocular lens implants (IOL) to correct complex vision problems such as astigmatism and near vision focusing problems such as presbyopia.
