Just like the soil rests before the bloom, you are allowed to rest before your next step. Trust the pause. Trust the quiet. Something beautiful grows & hearts heal when you make the time to create the space to be with ourselves without distractions and to do list.

We did just that at the Blue Iris Farm’s Retreat where we not only spent time enjoying the natural beauty of the farm, the warmth of the sun on our faces, the love of the animals, but we also created time in a community drumming circle with Mountain Flower and supporting each other through yoga and ending in a Power of the Pause somatic breathwork and closing circle. Thank you Jamie & Dennis for creating this beautiful retreat for us.

Need a nervous system reset?

Most of us don’t need more motivation - we need a pause.

A real moment to come back to our breath, our body, and what we’re carrying. When you take that pause, your system can shift out of stress mode and into rest… and that’s where your energy starts to return.

Most days we don’t need more motivation - we need a moment to pause. A pause is how you come back to the present.

That’s why meditation & breathwork are so powerful. They don’t ask you to ā€œfixā€ anything, they simply help you return to the moment. Here are 3 benefits you can feel with consistent practice:
