Our building has been under renovation and I've taken that time to renovate Rejoice! We are open with a focus on whole wellness! I know this is a long post, but take the time to read through, or just call 765.606.2312

As 2024 comes to an end I'm focusing on building up the wellness and life coaching at Rejoice Wellness & Massage, getting episodes of Divine Bio recorded, planning seminars on the dangers of processes foods and how to truly walk away from chronic illness and disease! This is what I'm supposed to do with the next half of my life! I know this is a long post, but I've reversed hypertension, I lost over 130 pounds and have kept it off for 15 years, I'm almost 50 and feel great every day! God has blessed me, but it takes making healthy choices every day! I've been through ...some really difficult struggles and just like the Bible says, God will use it for good.

Cole Douglas is low carb ...because it's easier than cooking for himself LOL But I think he's gonna love this. Cabbage sautéed to sub for pasta, sausages spilt and stuffed with mozzarella covered in marinara, more parmesan on top & a chopped antipasto salad with my homemade Italian dressing, and fathead/pork rind garlic bread! Nothing processed, no seed oils, no preservatives - just wholesome food he can use. It takes a bit of searching to get the few things I didn't make from scratch, but it CAN BE DONE! I'm gearing up to teach a class at church all about the topics I discuss on Biologically Fit With Carrie And Co. and offer at Rejoice Wellness & Massage to help us all grow into our golden years Rejoicing! Note : Grow not Age! 😊 I am practicing what I teach and on an extended clear liquid fast. It's been absolutely transforming! I was looking at pictures from years ago, well, I am pleased with my progress 😁
