🎉 Celebrating Nurse Judy’s Retirement 🎉
Please join us in congratulating Judy Penniman, Mercy Lebanon’s beloved Executive Director of Nursing—affectionately known throughout our hospital and community as Nurse Judy.
After 25 years of faithful service at Mercy Lebanon and over 40 years in nursing, Nurse Judy has officially retired. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership have left a lasting impact on countless patients, families, and colleagues. As she begins this exciting new chapter, we send her off with heartfelt gratitude and prayers for God’s blessings in her retirement journey.
Our administrative team wanted to share some parting words for Nurse Judy!
Jason Wilson, administrator of Mercy Hospital Lebanon said, “Nurse Judy has been a leader and mentor for so many—she's inspired hope, compassion, empathy, and excellence in us all. She's leaving a legacy with us to heal and uplift long after her retirement."
"Judy has been a steady light in my leadership journey - and in the lives of so many others. Her legacy of service to this hospital and community run deep, and I am incredibly thankful for her wisdom, heart, and guidance she's shared with us all." said Jenn Speer, Director of Nursing.
Lee Ann Pendergraft, Director of Finance shared, "I have had the pleasure to work with Nurse Judy over the years, and it has been a blessing. Judy is first and foremost a professional, and dedicated nurse to all. What I have enjoyed and will miss the most is her friendship. Judy always has a beaming smile, and an upbeat personality making it so much fun to be around her. I appreciate all that I have learned from Judy and all the wonderful memories."
