We celebrated at Alpine Valley!

“Alpine Al” was our groundhog prognosticator. He and the residents predicted 6 more weeks of winter.

Our residents had a blast making their own groundhogs, singing groundhog carols and eating dirt cups!

💕 February is American Heart Month – A Time to Prioritize Heart Health 💕

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, affecting millions of lives across all ages, genders, and ethnicities. This February, take action to protect your cardiovascular health and the health of those you care about.

Here’s how you can get involved:
• Learn CPR and become a lifesaver. More than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur annually in the U.S., and nine out of every 10 people die without immediate CPR. By learning Hands-Only CPR, you could be the difference between life and death.
• Go red. Wear red on National Wear Red Day (February 6th) to raise awareness for cardiovascular disease and support women’s heart health and support American Heart Association
• Adopt heart-healthy habits. Up to 80% of heart disease is considered preventable. Use this month to focus on eating a heart-healthy diet, increasing physical activity, managing cholesterol and blood pressure, and maintaining a healthy weight.
• Participate in community events. From heart walks to educational talks, look for local events recognizing American Heart Month and invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you.

Take the first step today. Whether it’s learning CPR, scheduling a health checkup, or committing to a new wellness habit, every action counts.

Your heart health matters – and so do you.

A new chapter begins with .

We’re proud to share the positive testimonial of Douglas Bish, who is now returning home stronger, more confident, and more independent after completing subacute rehabilitation at Alpine Valley.

Read more about their positive experience below.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Alpine Valley. The CNA’s and the staff took care of you and responded to anything you needed. They were really detail-oriented in making my stay comfortable. There are so many caregivers that I can list who were very responsive. Everyone's personalities clicked very well. Therapy was great; if I could have had more therapy, I would have requested it. I wish I could extend my services with Justin Molignoni the physiatrist, he was just amazing."

Thank you, Douglas, for trusting our team to be part of your .
