Our tour around the world 🌎 has come to an end. I would like to give a BIG 🎉 thank you to the many sponsors and the most amazing crew I could ever ask for! All of the 👩‍⚕️staff🧑‍🔧 went above and beyond, and helped in every department anyway they could! Huge shout out to the kitchen 👨‍🍳 for creating dishes everyday and executing them flawlessly! I am so proud to be a leader of such a dedicated, caring💕, supportive, creative, exceptional, and just overall awesome team! Everybody isn't pictured 📷, but I truly appreciate each and every one of them for everything they do! All of them are an important part of making our community so successful! Lots of love 💖!

Mexico 🇲🇽 is our last stop before heading back home! We celebrated by shaking our homemade maracas 🪇 at a Fiesta 🎉! We ate the best mojo pork, beans and rice, plantains, mini tacos 🌮, and tres leches cake! Three types of margaritas 🍹topped off the day! Tomorrow we will be back in sunny 🌞 Florida where we will be so happy to see our Compass Rose of Lecanto family!

🛩....Sweets in Sweden 🇸🇪 and Sweedish meatballs! Today we landed in the beautiful country of Sweden where we learned there are over 95,000 lakes, it's the birthplace of IKEA, and in the northern part during the summer ☀️ the sun never sets. One more country to go before we return home 🏡!

🛩Ireland 🇮🇪 was the next stop on our world tour! residents made suncatchers to decorate their dining room as they nibbled on shortbread cookies 🍪! A traditional meal of corned beef and cabbage with potatoes 🥔and carrots 🥕 was served by our culinary team. The residents learned fun facts and came up with over 40 words from using Dublin Ireland! Sticking with true Irish traditions, we ended the day sipping Guinness🍺 and other Irish liqueurs. Come back tomorrow to see where our adventure takes us!

Today we visited Greece 🇬🇷 where we learned about Greek Mythology through our favorite game, BINGO! The residents feasted on Spanakopita and Baklava prepared by our amazing Chef 👨‍🍳! We ended the day with ice cream 🍦 and a visit from one of our favorite puppies 🐶! Onto our next destination......🛩

National Assisted Living week has begun! Since the theme is "Ageless Adventure", we have decided to tour the 🌎 world! Today our residents went to Italy 🇮🇹 where they learned some interesting facts while enjoying pastries, cookies, and an Italian wine 🍷 spritzer! Where should we go next?!
