After being in a profession that took a toll on my body I developed injuries that required surgery and medical attention. After many surgeries and doctor visits I came to a conclusion that there had to be a better way to get better and heal myself. I have been a vegetarian for 40 ye
ars and have been learning and living a holistic and spiritual lifestyle. It was only a matter of time before I became certified in Reiki and Reflexology. Everything I learned helped me to recover and after I became certified I started my healing practice. I have worked on people with high blood pressure, asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, painful menstruation, multiple sclerosis, diverticulitis, indigestion, gas pains, heartburn, hip problems, colds, high stress, sinusitis, spinal injuries, cramps, sports injuries, work related injuries and migraines. I have worked on cancer patients, people with disabilities and all types of discomfort to help heal and reduce pain. Reiki and Reflexology promotes wellness, balance, clarity, and allows your body to reach homeostasis. It is all natural with no drugs or crazy potions. A session for Reiki / Reflexology generally lasts and hour depending on the client. You will walk out of the session feeling like you haven't felt in years.
