I offer Swedish (relaxing) massage, trigger point/neuromuscular therapies (helps to relieve knots/trigger points,) and deep tissue massage (affects deeper layers of tissue.) I also offer pre-natal massage. Essential oils and hot towels are offered at no extra charge. Looking forward to working on you!
