Got this text from one of our favorite patients this morning!
When we met in November of 2022 Paula was frustrated after working out with a trainer and following a strict diet for over a year with minimal results. We sat down discussed hormones and menopause and how those changes affect everything from anxiety and stress management to weight, mental clarity and libido (the list goes on). We started with hormone balancing and once she felt ready we began to tackle the weight issue. In twelve months this beautiful soul sister of mine has lost 80+lbs you guys!!! I just want to say congratulations to you ! I am sooo proud of you! Your focus, your discipline, your dedication are so inspiring. I appreciate you as a patient, a friend and an example of what faith, work and consistency look like. You are a wonderful blessing in human form and I know I already said it but I am so proud of you 😘

New decor for the IV room. I added the underlining as a personal touch. Life happens but if you want to live well it requires your active involvement.
