Got this text from one of our favorite patients this morning!
When we met in November of 2022 Paula was frustrated after working out with a trainer and following a strict diet for over a year with minimal results. We sat down discussed hormones and menopause and how those changes affect everything from anxiety and stress management to weight, mental clarity and libido (the list goes on). We started with hormone balancing and once she felt ready we began to tackle the weight issue. In twelve months this beautiful soul sister of mine has lost 80+lbs you guys!!! New decor for the IV room. I added the underlining as a personal touch. Life happens but if you want to live well it requires your active involvement. A pill won’t cure it, even my beloved pellets 😝 won’t solve it. Like any other goal in life you must actively participate. Good luck to you in your pursuit. Good Health Always -Dr. Long
