NourishWell will be at the KC Mom and Baby Fair on 11/17/24! If you are expecting or a new mom, come by and say hello.

The first 150 moms will receive a free swag bag!

Discover all things baby and parenting with local resources and vendors!

I will be raffling off some great prizes including a smoothie basket, and an adaptable nursing pillow + diaper caddy.
I will also be offering yummy snacks and easy-to-make meal ideas for pregnancy, lactation and postpartum recovery.
