🌟 Client 1: Focused on calorie tracking in MyFitnessPal, synced with my accountability app to create simple, sustainable habits that helped her shed 15 lbs in 12 weeks. She loved how easy it was to plan meals while still enjoying her favorite treats guilt-free! 🥗🍩
