-Cache came in with the goal of putting on some muscle with the hopes of playing college ball⚾️

-He recently signed with BYU! He got a full-ride scholarship and has put on 20 lbs in the process.

I got this drink with my lunch because it looked healthy! It has all these fruits and veggies in there, it has a healthy looking label and it is apparently chock full of vitamins and minerals. But when you take a closer look at it there are 53g or sugar!!! That’s like 3 snickers. Now some of you might say ”well it comes from fruits and veggies so it’s natural sugar, that means it’s healthy” let me break this down for you. The sugar in fruits and veggies are only healthy because of the fiber that it is paired with. Fiber levels out your blood sugar. Sugar is sugar whether it’s “natural” or not. When you take the fiber out your blood sugar spikes just like it would if you ate candy or soda. So while this may have some vitamins and minerals, it’s really not that great for you, unless you are about to go do an intense workout or run a marathon where you need some sugar, otherwise just go eat whole fruits and veggies. Pay attention to the nutrition facts not the marketing.
