Hey Everyone! I know I haven’t been active on here much over the past year. You guys have been keeping me so busy that I haven’t been able to open my book any more than what it is. And for that, I humbly thank you!

So, in an effort to stay engaged with everyone, I’m going to try a weekly write up on health and general wellness. Informational purposes only! Let’s start with the most essential thing we can give our bodies. Give it a read!

Did you know that our bodies are about 60% water? Staying hydrated is key to keeping our systems running smoothly, but many of us don't drink enough water each day. Here's why hydration is crucial:

Happy Monday everyone! Here’s a friendly reminder to start your year off with good, healthy habits. Drink plenty of water, avoid sugar, and come on in to Crossland Wellness to get rid of some of those knots and trigger points that you’ve acquired over a stressful holiday season.
