We grow 72 varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds?
Michael Houghtaling is in charge of planting at Johnson's! He plants our pumpkins, corn maze, sunflower path and soybean maze AND keeps it all healthy! He LOVES being a farmer and also grows sugar beets, dry beans, cucumbers (pickles), corn, soy beans and wheat. His dedication is an admirable trait that can also be seen in our JPF crew!
We open SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 6 at 9am for our season! And will be open DAILY until October 31. As always, free admission and free parking!
Johnson's Pumpkin Farm is the ultimate fall destination in mid-Michigan. With fresh hand-cranked fry cake donuts made fresh daily, full concessions with everything from hot meals to sweet treats, a huge 13 acre corn maze ($6), large petting zoo, 2,000 sq ft craft store full of completely handmade items by 100+ Michigan makers and 15 acres of decorated grounds to wander, there is absolutely something for everybody. And for your fall yard decorating needs, we offer a full selection of pumpkins, squash, gourds, straw bales, cornstalks, mums and more!
