Sleep over party Friday night at our house, Saturday rest and recover 😜, Sunday pajama/snow day for the girls at church and explore Knoxville in the afternoon. We went to the East Tennessee History Center today. The admission is free on Sundays and it was just the family bonding we needed. God is good. 🙌🏼

Happy Birthday to ! Kayli is so generous, kind, go with the flow, loving, funny, and an awesome human. She has become more than my best friend; she is my sister. She has seen the ugliest parts of me and still decided that I deserved her love. Kayli is that person that I think about when the best and the worst things happen to me. She is just awesome and I love that I get to do life with her. Kayli, 32 never looked so good sister. Happy Birthday!! 🎉

I absolutely love what I do. I love being a mom. I love being a wife. I love my dogs, my friends and my family. I am so blessed that my number one priority as a virtual health influencer is to take care of me, my mental and physical health. I didn’t know this was going to be my life two years ago, but I am glad I filled out that application and took a chance. You know you can join me, right?

Hold the phone! You can hard boil eggs in the air fryer?!
Oh yes you can!! This is how I made mine. Feel free to save this post for later because you will want to try this out.
I put 6 eggs into the air fryer. I am sure you can do however many you want.
Bake in the air fryer at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Then I like to put them directly into an ice water bowl for a few minutes which makes them super easy to peel.
And TA-DA!!
So easy and honestly pretty neat!
