Guess who moved on in? This lady. Thank you Quick Fix Glass LLC for your help this evening with moving me out of Suite 210 into the bigger, sweeter Suite 209. The new space has a small lobby in which I have plans for. Please stay tuned this coming New Year for some brand new offerings coming to Suite 209 for women’s health and wellbeing.

We all need to be kneaded!!! I love her anaology of strengthening fascia like you do with strengthening gluten in a bread dough. Fascia and dough have lots in common!
