You will need a timing app (Gymboss) to get the most out of this workout.

Notes: Take about 2 minutes rest between superset stations. Use a weight that allows 8-10 unbroken reps and adjust down as needed.

Hey All! Our new round of MAX-traxx began this week! Day 1 Tabata Tuesday with just a couple of burpees! Just what the doctor ordered!

Here is the newest off day workout for your enjoyment! Heavier weights, longer rest period with fewer reps! Don’t forget about the burpee “test” mid week! Take a screenshot of your time each time you do it to see progress.

Not doing MAX-traxx? Do each workout 2 or 3 times with cardio intervals on other days.

Note that weights will be much heavier than last month and rest period is longer. Try not to shorten the rest period just to get done quicker.

To properly periodized the workouts, you need to modify rest period along with other factors.
