I can’t express the importance of using trending sounds on TikTok! You may have a sound that you want to use but if it’s not trending don’t put the effort towards it.

Get on and scroll the feed for 5-7 minutes and find songs that are trending and the put your video to one of them!

When I’m teaching my kids to assess their risks one thing I often make them do is stop, and listen to me as I give them consequences for what could happen.

This kid is 3. A new fresh turned 3.

“I want to go in the street” he says
“Assess your risk” I say
He walks toward the street.
“Stop - there are 3 consequences that could happen if you play in the street, you could hit by a car, you could get smashed by a bus or you could die.” A bit dramatic I know but… we are learning boundaries over here.

“Do you still want to go in the street?” I ask

“No - me just gonna throw dis stick.”

He throws the stick and runs the opposite way.

We need to spend more time with our kids teaching them to decide their boundaries and assess their risks over always making the decision for them.

You’ll be surprised what your child can do.

Are you using them? Do you know how to use them?

# are key because many users on Instagram use # to find things they are looking for, events, gifts etc

You want to use 20-25 #.

You want to diversify your # - think like your buyer not like yourself. Chances are you aren’t your buyer. Chances are you are just slapping # up that have no relevance.

Stand in the shoes of you buyer and think how would someone find me!

I watched 7 games this weekend, cheered my voice out, carried a chair all over God’s green Earth and smiled so much!

Winners - these guys. The tenacity and determination that poured from their souls all weekend was incredible! To be so little and yet understand we play to win!

Let’s talk about reels! They are soooo powerful but a bit hit or miss!

Here is a few quick tips:
1) Before you do a reel click on reels and watch or listen as I do for 3 mins for popular trending sounds.
2) save a few of those sounds and pick which one you want to do
3) Add your video (if you can do it live on the app recording the video it’s best)
4) Add your text
5) Add a quick caption than can be read with out the viewer clicking see more ideally.
6) Add your # - 5 for your location, 5 for what the image is, 5 focused on your ideal buyer and 5 focused on the pain points the video solves!
7) play with different times - 6am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 10pm bounce around.
8) keep trying!!
