For over 20 years, I have helped hundreds of everyday people with challenging life situations. My roles as coach and counselor, energy worker, and martial arts instructor are vast and varied. However, the greater truth is that I have lived experience and wisdom derived from personal overcoming. I am a survivor of many things, and these experiences and the many paths I’ve taken to overcome them have equipped me with tools and wisdom to help you do the same. New Services
A balanced practice of honoring all aspects of self includes physical awareness and compassionate observation of our inner and outer worlds. Coaching is offered to help clients achieve greater self-awareness and mastery. Services offered may include focused movement instruction or coaching alone or a combination of both. Additionally, energy consults, the law of attraction 101, and basic spiritual hygiene and tools may be included in personal sessions. Free 15 minute consults may be offered to assess individual or group needs and focus. It is my honor and intention to help you succeed. Your victories, no matter how small, make my entire journey worthwhile.
