⚔️Finally getting back into deadlifting consistently. Body weight is starting to come back up from the time off. Strength has surprisingly not diminished too much. Still working on the elbow issue but dead’s feel good⚔️

Another year older, but stronger, sharper, and more purpose-driven than ever. I’ve found my “why” — and it’s not just about aesthetics or hitting PRs.

⚔️Some of the bigger leg movements from today 💪
Accessories not shown: Hip abduction/adduction, knee extensions, hamstring curls—those sneaky finishers that always hit different the next day 😅.

That Pendulum Squat is humbling, no doubt. But I’m coming for it—won’t be long before I get the best of it 💥.

Also forgot my straps today, so RDLs weren’t all I wanted them to be. All good though—the best part about training is knowing I’ve got another leg day coming up soon. I’ll make up for it then.

🔆Started my morning with some serious 🔥 at the annual Fire Fight’N 5K hosted by the amazing Rehoboth Beach Vol. Fire Company!

Not gonna lie—I hadn’t run a single mile in over a month 😅 but still managed to snag 3rd place in my age group 💪. The grind never stops, even when the prep isn’t perfect.

Had my crew there cheering me on, and that finish line feeling? Unmatched. Whether it’s a “measly” 5K or a marathon, it’s about stacking those small wins and showing up for yourself.
