FFL lost our two oldest dogs in March. Smokey (black, and between 16-18 years old) and Skip (tan, also between 16-18) were two of 21 rescues from way back on November 22, 2009. They’re the last ones; Smokey was put to sleep on March 11 due to multiple health issues and Skip followed 2 weeks later on March 25, also due to multiple health issues. They are missed. ❤️❤️

It’s too warm to leave your dog alone in your vehicle, even with windows all the way down. Leave them at home!

I don’t know if anybody else sees the posts on the Friends for Life page that have nothing to do with FFL. They’re animal related but were not posted by FFL. I can’t get rid of them. No idea where they came from except that I couldn’t figure out how to get to the FFL Fbk page for months. Up till then everything posted was FFL animals and info. Frustrating!

On July 19th, we said goodbye to Maxx, one of the best dogs we’ve ever had at FFL. Maxx was 14 and in the later stage of kidney failure. Thank you to Dr Sue Mohler and her daughter Maddie, who helped make his journey to the next life very peaceful. We say goodbye now, but only for awhile, Maxx. We’ll see you again.❤️

I don’t know know where all these posts came from that aren’t related to FFL at all. My FFL posts are covered up with these unrelated posts! Anyone know how to stop them other than blocking or hiding them one at a time?

The dogs LOVE the fluffy beds! Highly recommend! The outside covers wash and dry great (low dryer heat), and they’re easy to put back together. Best $ ever spent on beds. These are from Chewy. The brand is Best Friends by Sheri.
