Lewisburg Yoga Studio has been up and running since 2011! We have journeyed through the changing times and very excited to circle back to the beauty of our original space! With the new year comes new and exciting workshops, new class times, new instructors and a whole new perspective and outlook on life. We create a better reality for ourselves when we focus on what is good and positive about Life. Yoga has a way of showing us what is truly important and gives us the means to enjoy Life to the fullest. With a regular Yoga practice comes improved health, vitality and energy.
