Hip, hip, hooray - Renee Hanel is here today!

Sorry for being cheesy…but one of our favorite things about the yoga community (and our sweet little town of Lewisburg) is that it keeps people coming back. Whether you’ve been gone for a day, a month, or a year — the studio will always be there to welcome you back with open arms, full hearts (and tummies).

With that in mind, you’re invited to join Renee for pizza at the Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio on Friday Aug. 8 from 5-7pm. Drop in for a quick hug or grab a slice while you catch up with a dear friend.

You can help fund the pizza budget with a contribution* of your choice or consider bringing a drink, snack or dessert for sharing.

*This is a not for profit event, all contributions go directly to the pizza queen herself, Renee Hanel.

Moms of all ages and stages are invited to find community, support, and connection in a monthly circle where they’ll be held by a village of mothers who have come before them and those who follow in their footsteps. 🫶🏼

Drop into one session for $15 or book with any of our class plans and packages. ✨

Motherhood is a juggling act, little ones ages 6 months or less are welcome to join this circle with their mamas. 🌱

Whether it’s your first time in class or your 100th, you can expect to be greeted like a friend from day one. 🌱

In our beginner classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Jackie and Alesia take extra care to make sure new students feel included and welcome in our space. ✨

Some will say that taking time for introductions takes time away from the “yoga.” Here we believe that the community connection is the yoga — which is why we give it just as much attention and care as your first downward facing dog of the day. 🙌🏼

One of the beautiful things about yoga is how it connects teachers and students across the region and across the globe. 💫

That’s why when we met Teresa we knew we needed to introduce her to our community, even if it wasn’t for a weekly class. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Vinyasa Flow with Teresa B. will challenge you in mind, body and spirit — offering a gentle reminder of why we practice yoga in the first place. 🌊
