Our sweet baby Pearl came to see us today — she’s just over 2 months old now and growing beautifully!
Born in April, weighing 8 lbs 5 oz and 20 inches long, she made her debut at Essential Women’s Wellness Birth Center with a calm strength that mirrored her amazing mama.

This first-time mom handled pregnancy and birth with so much composure, grace, and wisdom — well beyond her years. She and her husband worked as a true team throughout the birth, supporting one another every step of the way. It was a powerful thing to witness.

Now, seeing them settle into life as a family of three has been such a privilege. We’re so honored to have been part of their journey.

Starting the week of October 15th, join us for a journey into the world of yoga. This series is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice.

Discover the fundamentals of yoga, including:

✨Philosophy
✨Breathwork techniques
✨Yoga poses
✨Meditation

Classes are slow-paced, fun, and educational, allowing you to build a foundation in yoga. Each class builds upon the previous one, so consistent attendance is highly encouraged to get the most out of this series.

Choose one of the two convenient time slots:

Tuesdays at 5:30 pm

Thursdays at at 9:30 am

$75 for the entire 6 week series.

🌸 My Personal Journey with PMDD/PMS 🌸

There was a time when my workdays felt like climbing a mountain with weights on my shoulders. I was managing meetings, deadlines, and everything in between—while silently battling the emotional rollercoaster of PMDD/PMS.

Some days, the mood swings were so intense that I questioned my ability to keep it all together. The fatigue, irritability, and overwhelming emotions made even the simplest tasks feel impossible. But through it all, I learned that I didn’t have to suffer in silence. By addressing the root causes and finding a supportive community, I was able to regain control and find balance.
