I’m so excited for this!

There’s something about a weekend by the river in the mountains that makes everything feel possible.

Shared a little mindfulness & sound bath hour with a group of super sweet 2nd graders last week in their school library 📚✨

To help them remember techniques they can use to feel calm and work through uncomfortable emotions, I drew three simple visuals on the ink boards. Can you guess what techniques I used from the artwork? 😄

It was so sweet hearing their thoughts on the practices and how the different sounds made them feel. As I wrapped up the sound bath, I let them know they could sit up and one little voice said, “Is it okay if I keep laying down for a while longer? I’m so relaxed.”

Moments like that remind me why I do this work. It fills my heart. 💛

Brought the bowls and helped the fourth graders breathe and ground themselves before two weeks of big tests.

Teaching them how to regulate their nervous systems and find calm when it matters — tools they’ll carry beyond the test.

Love moments like this in our schools 🌿
