Meet our new Pilates instructor Kennedy 🫶🏼

Kennedy is a junior studying Exercise Science and Health Promotion at SUNY Brockport, where she has experience teaching mat Pilates to students of all fitness levels. She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA, and her classes are high-energy, welcoming, and designed to motivate—expect fun playlists, clear cueing, and plenty of encouragement along the way. With a strong academic foundation in exercise for health and wellness, Kennedy is passionate about helping others become their best selves through movement that feels good!

We love her already 🥹
