This Friday is September's Lewistown First Friday and you know what that means????
It's the unofficial kick off to Goose Day in the Juniata River Valley or "Goose Month" as we lovingly call it! Most businesses on the map below will be doing something "goosie" for Friday including us with our A Goosemas Story photo op and our GetGoosed.Store.

Buckle up, friends. It’s goose month!

Events start with Lewistown First Friday tomorrow.

Essence of Earth will be open 5-9 p.m.

Then on Saturday, we’ll be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

But that’s not all!

Stop in to win gear like a Goose Day lip balm, T-shirt and enter into a raffle for a Goose Day gift basket!

There are 3 ways to earn a raffle ticket for our Goose Day Basket:

1.) Show up and ask for one! Everyone who shows up to our shop during open hours in September can receive an entry into the raffle;
2.) SHOW US YOUR GOOSE GEAR. Anyone who stops in and is wearing something we determine to be “goosey” such as Goose Day merch from local businesses will;
3.)Participate in “Goose Pong.” If you sink a “Golden Goose egg,” you could win a raffle ticket, or other merch.

During last Lewistown First Friday, we introduced vintage jewelry — little did we know then that it would turn into a rebranding opportunity.

Moving forward, not only will we be offering our own wares, but we’re adding some hand-picked repurposed goodies. We’ll also have some other items we think you’ll love. 🥰

PLUS, we’re offering you the opportunity to get a modest discount on your Bath & Body items by REPURPOSING jars that you received when you bought our products.

Bring your CLEANED, SANITIZED and REUSABLE (not cracked or broken) jar back and receive a discount on the next one.

It’s a win-win.

We will make doubly sure the jars are sterile before reusing.

The discout only applies to jars that contained product you originally received from us. We do not want stacks of random containers (trust me, we have enough of those 🙃).

We’ll roll out more specs on what will be accepted and what you’ll get back in time for September’s First Friday.
