Stay the Course!
If you’re in this for weight loss, remember, you didn't gain 10 pounds in 10 days, so it might take a while to lose it. Be patient with yourself, then look beyond the scale. Don’t forget that the benefits of exercise — being healthier, happier, and living longer — are so much greater than just the weight loss. At the same time if you want big results you’ll need to put in the effort, you can't expect bigger results by doing the same thing.
