We are now hiring for a Part-time Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) with flexible caseload growth

About the Role

Inner Solace Counseling is a growing, trauma-informed private practice seeking a part-time licensed clinician to join our team. This role is ideal for a therapist who values autonomy, is comfortable building a caseload gradually, and is interested in contributing to a collaborative and supportive practice environment.

This position may be a strong fit for clinicians who:

+Are currently in another role and seeking to transition into private practice
+Have an existing caseload they may be able to bring and/or
+Are comfortable with a gradual ramp-up period while credentialing and referrals build

What to Expect
+Flexible scheduling with full control over your availability
+Hybrid work options (in-office + telehealth)
+Gradual caseload development (initially slower due to credentialing and referral flow)
+Administrative support for onboarding and insurance credentialing
+Opportunity to grow into a fuller caseload over time

Caseload Expectations
+Target caseload: 10–25 clients per week
+Initial months may be below target as credentialing and referrals are established
+Clinicians are encouraged to be proactive in building their caseload (networking, referrals, etc.)

Compensation
+$30 - $45 per client hour
+Retirement benefit match available
+No unpaid administrative expectations beyond reasonable documentation requirements

Ideal Candidate
+Fully licensed in Kentucky (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)
+Motivated, self-directed, and comfortable with gradual growth
+Interest in trauma-informed, client-centered care
+Willingness to contribute to a positive, professional team culture

Why Join Inner Solace Counseling
+Supportive, clinician-focused environment
+Flexibility without micromanagement
+Opportunity to grow at a sustainable pace
+Strong emphasis on ethical care and work-life balance

We are thoughtfully growing our team and may hire more than one clinician depending on fit and timing. Our goal is to support clinicians in building meaningful, sustainable caseloads while maintaining high-quality care for clients.

January doesn’t ask for a full reinvention.
It invites small moments of care.

Maybe growth this month looked like:
🌱 resting when you needed to
🌱 setting one gentle boundary
🌱 taking a breath before reacting
🌱 showing up even when it felt hard

Emotional reset isn’t about doing more.
It’s about listening more.
To your body. To your needs. To your pace.

As we move forward, carry what helped.
Release what didn’t.
Your growth is allowed to be slow, quiet, and still meaningful.

If you’re ready to keep nurturing your healing this year, we’re here to walk beside you.

🌦️ Weather Update from Inner Solace Counseling 🌦️

Your safety always comes first. Over the coming days, some sessions may transition to Telehealth due to current weather conditions. Please keep an eye out for direct communication from your clinician with any updates.

If internet or power issues arise, backup options like Google Meet may be used when available. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we work together to continue care safely.

Stay safe and take good care 💙
