Sheila is an LMT who offers a variety of massage services including: Swedish, deep tissue, oncology, pregnancy, sports, cupping, and trigger point.She uses her communication skills to gain an understanding of what’s needed, tailoring each session to meet the needs of her clients. Sheila is very passionate about the field of massage therapy and hopes to continue to educate the public about the benefits of massage and make massage an affordable and valuable part of her clients' wellness plans.
