VMI Cadet Health and Wellness We encourage cadets to strive for balance and well-being through the use of our various health and wellness services.

This page is a place where VMI cadets can learn about relevant health and wellness related topics such as emotional and medical health, nutrition, substance use and abuse prevention, sleep, and other areas of interest. It is also a resource for promotion of upcoming outreach programs and events on post from the Center for Cadet Counseling and Infirmary.
