Two more rooms just opened for The Rewilding Retreat—our barefoot-luxury gathering on Eleuthera’s pink shores, February 7–13, 2026.
A week of yoga + meditation by the sea, beautiful meals, unhurried afternoons, and time to remember what matters.

I’m so grateful to begin our tenth season of Yoga at Ashland with you on Sunday, June 22, 2025, 10 years from our first practice.

To celebrate, we’ve made a small run of t-shirts and bags. They read: Move. Breathe. Belong. Which quietly says what we’ve been doing all along.

Pre-orders are available at the wee shop at lissasims.com
Order now and your bags and shirts will be waiting for you, tagged with your name at our first class. They are $25 now and after June 21, they’ll be $30.
Proceeds support the care of the trees at Ashland, which have been steady, generous examples, standing over us all these years.
