🌙 Nightly Stress Relief Routine (15–30 Minutes)

1. Unplug & Set the Mood (2–3 min)
Turn off notifications, dim the lights, and create a calm space. Soft music or silence works best.

2. Deep Breathing (3–5 min)
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds…
Hold for 4 seconds…
Exhale through your mouth for 6–8 seconds.
Repeat until your body starts to relax.

3. Gentle Stretching (5–10 min)
Focus on areas that hold tension:

Neck rolls (slow and gentle)
Shoulder stretches
Hamstring stretch
Light spinal twist

Move slowly—no rushing.

4. Self-Massage (3–5 min)
Use your hands or a massage ball to gently work:

Neck and shoulders
Hands and forearms
Feet

Apply light to moderate pressure—just enough to release tension.

5. Hydrate (1–2 min)
Drink a glass of water to support your muscles and overall relaxation.

6. Mind Reset (3–5 min)
Close your eyes and focus on one of these:

Gratitude (name 3 good things from today)
Prayer or meditation
Quiet reflection

Let your mind slow down.

7. Rest & Recharge
Lie down, get comfortable, and allow your body to fully relax into sleep.
