The Spring KSPAN Conference is planned for Saturday, March 26th from 9am to 1pm. Register, print and post the flyer located on kspan.nursingnetwork in your units and share with your fellow nurses and students! Cost is $25. The CE application is in process at this time. You do not have to be a KSPAN member to attend.

Celebrating 35 years of the CPAN credential! ABPANC was pleased to receive this resolution from the American Board of Nursing Specialties (ABNS) during their fall conference in Chicago in recognition of reaching this milestone.

The CPAN credential was “first introduced in November 1986, at which time 172 CPAN certifications were conveyed.”

KSPAN fall conference is planned for Saturday, October 23. If you register on or before October 4th, you will receive a Perianesthesia "Survival Kit" in the mail from your friends at KSPAN! Please join us for this opportunity to engage with other nurses in Perianesthesia Services. Don't delay; register today! We look forward to "seeing" you! The deadline to register for this event is 5pm on Friday, October 22.

Note: please be sure to add your correct email address, and your license number and state when registering for the event. The conference evaluation will be emailed to you and is a requirement to receive credit. The evaluation must be completed by Friday, October 29th. The evaluation will not be available after this date.

CE is in the approval process and will awarded. This is your opportunity to learn change management strategies to embrace change. CPAN/CAPA Exam Review is planned for September 11 and 12, 2021. It is a webinar and is a virtual course. Earn 13.75 CE's to be prepared to take the examination. If you are new to perianesthesia nursing, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn all of the critical elements considered in perianesthesia nursing.
