We did it… Nori now offers 24/7 fresh food through our partnership with FoodChain Lexington. This progress could not be more timely as our nation faces escalating, man-made food insecurity. This morning Nori donated 50 pounds of shelf stable healthy food & drinks to the SIMON House in Frankfort, KY. SIMON House is a nonprofit agency that providing emergency shelter to homeless women who are pregnant, homeless families with children, and other homeless adults. In the face of Federal Food Aid being halted, several Americans will go hungry. It is imperative in the face of fear and uncertainty to remain kind, positive, and innovative. We will get through this by working together as a community. Please stay safe and spread kindness.

The First-Ever Nori Outdoor Kiosk is Coming to Lexington in 2025! We’re thrilled to announce that Nori’s very first outdoor kiosk is officially coming to Lexington — in collaboration with the incredible team at FoodChain Lexington!

This innovative kiosk will provide 24/7 access to hot, healthy meals crafted by FoodChain, expanding food access and community health in a whole new way. This partnership marks a huge milestone for us — and it’s just the beginning.

The Lexington kiosk is the launchpad for our statewide expansion and a model we hope to scale across the country. We believe healthy food should be accessible anytime, anywhere — and with the support of FoodChain and the Lexington community, we’re one step closer to making that vision a reality.
