Hi and welcome 🤍 If you’re new here or we haven’t officially met yet, I’m Tyanne! I’m a mom to three beautiful, wild souls — ages 3, 5 (almost 4 & 6 😅), and 8 — and they are my greatest teachers. I also have a background in education, and working with kids is truly where my heart lives.
I love meeting children exactly where they are, encouraging their unique personalities, and supporting them as they grow into confident, kind humans. I deeply believe in the power of breath and mindfulness, connecting to the body through movement, and learning how to slow down through guided relaxation and meditation.
I also believe these tools matter most when we start laying the foundation early — in ways that are age-appropriate, playful, and fun.
In my kids yoga classes, you’ll find loud, silly, joyful energy — dancing, singing, giggling, and moving our bodies freely 🕺🎶 And you’ll also find moments of calm, peace, confidence, and grounding — as much as little humans can manage 😉🌱
Kids don’t need to be “zen” to love yoga. They just need space to be themselves. I’m so grateful you’re here and part of this community 💛🦋
