🦋 Saturday Kids Yoga at Wildfire Yoga 🦋
Drop-off yoga for ages 3–8
Saturdays | 9:30–10:30 AM ✨
Take an adult yoga class at the same time or just an hour for yourself while your little one enjoys yoga, movement, mindfulness, and creative fun in their own class 💖
During class we:
🦋 Play yoga games
🦋 Dance & move our bodies
🦋 Practice mindfulness & breathing
🦋 Build confidence & emotional regulation skills
🦋 Enjoy stories, imagination, and creative activities
🦋 Slow down together with relaxation at the end
No yoga experience needed and no need for kids to be “zen” 😊 My classes are playful, engaging, movement-based, and designed for real kids who love to move, play, and have fun.
While kids are in class, grown-ups can:
✨ Take a yoga class at Wildfire
✨ Relax with coffee or quiet time
✨ Enjoy wellness offerings like sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and more

As a former preschool teacher and mom of 3, I truly believe children learn best through movement, play, music, connection, and joyful experiences. My goal is always to create a space where kids feel safe to express themselves, build confidence, connect with others, and practice calming tools they can carry into everyday life 💖
I also offer yoga birthday parties at Wildfire, and they are such a fun, meaningful way to celebrate your little one ✨ The space is perfect for movement, creativity, connection, and making joyful memories together.
