I’m presenting another Mid-Continent Public Library “Intro to Yoga” series starting next week at the Green Hills Library Center, 8581 N. Green Hills Rd.
It will be on Tuesdays, September 12, 19, and 26th at 3:00P. It’s free to participate! If you or someone you know is yoga curious or would just like to spend a glorious afternoon in a beautiful library doing yoga call and register!

I was excited to see my awesome yoga students in this month’s E-edition of the Liberty Parks and Recreation newsletter! September is national yoga month and I hope everyone gets a chance to try a class. Obviously, Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:00 is an excellent choice but all the yoga classes at Liberty Community Center are inspiring!!

Heads up, Liberty Community Center, Peeps!! They will be working on the parking lots on Tuesday, 4/18, and Thursday, 4/20. Only half of the parking lot will be available. I know that won’t stop any of you from coming to yoga at 9:00! Take a giant Hanumanasana leap and come on in.

I will be doing another Yoga Foundations program at the Mid Continent Public Library in Kearney starting Tuesday, April 11th, 18th, and 25th. It will be at 6:30P. It’s free to participate - please call to register. Bring a mat and your most open mind to a fun experience. You don’t have to be “flexible” because that’s what the class if for!

Heads up! I’ll be taking a short January break from classes at the Liberty Community Center next week. Ya’all will be in excellent hands with Tina on Tuesday, the 10th and Ian on Thursday the 12th and Tuesday the 17th. It’s a great opportunity to get a new perspective — just like we get with a new year. Yoga on!!

I am doing a Yoga Foundations series starting on Thursday, November 3rd, 10th and 17th at the Green Hills Mid-Continent Public Library @ 2:00P. If you or someone you know might be interested it’s offered by the MCPL for free. Sign up and bring a mat! The library is brand new and a lovely place to be for reading, sipping a cuppa but - especially - to do yoga!
